A book for principals who want to love the job again
I am writing a signature book for school principals on reclaiming joy in the principalship.
It draws on 33 years in the role, including the honour of being named one of Canada’s Outstanding Principals. The book is being written for leaders who still care deeply, but feel the weight of the work more than they used to.
This is not a book about doing more.
It is a book about leading with more purpose, more breathing room, and more joy.
